Ballroom Operation Manager

Main Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for soliciting banquet business and ensuring customer satisfaction with all function booked
  • Liasing with clients to ascertain their precise requirements
  • To monitoring product quality and banquet administration
  • To coordinate analyze events and research and develop business in the area

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 (five) years experiences in the same field preferably in the same industry
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal)
  • Result driven
  • A persistent, outgoing, highly committed, trustworthy and hard working individual that has a strong commitment to success
  • Life style savvy, good interpersonal skill, creative and innovative
  • Possess good communication and networking
  • Should have the ability to perform all functions of banquet operations in order to supervise, direct and train all banquet personnel
  • Will be manage for a ballroom with 2500 people capacity (equivalent to a 5 stars hotel ballroom)
