Compensation & Benefit Supervisor
Main Responsibilities :
- Responsible to handle and administer monthly & annual payroll process (calculating all component such as attendance, leave, etc)
- Ensure all payroll queries are handled in a timely and professional manner
- Responsible to handle and administer employee benefits
- Analyze and review employee’s remuneration (review the process and propose recommendation)
- Liaise with the other HR team to ensure employee data is recording accurately, especially related compensation & benefit function
- Maintain HR System and ensure employee data changes keeping update
- Ensure process of BPJS
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Economic, Business Administration, Accounting or any major from reputable university
- At least 4 years experience in handling payroll, medical, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for 500 employees
- Other skills required: excellent accuracy, detailed, communicative and could work underpressure
- Familiar with payroll system
- Active in English, both oral and written
