Role Summary:

As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers, and contractors to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable architectural solutions.

Responsibilities:

A. Design Development

1. 1. Organize and complete the architectural design plan and construction drawing design to improve the rationality of the plan

1. 1. Review the design drawings of the architectural profession (including construction, mechanical and electrical, decoration, landscaping and sub-projects) and be able to propose solutions to technical problems

B. Project Planning

1. 1. Conduct site evaluations to determine the feasibility of designs

1. 1. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans

1. 1. Ensure that designs are in compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations

C. Collaboration and Coordination

1. 1. Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and other professionals to integrate technical and aesthetic elements into the designs

1. 1. Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure that architectural designs are implemented correctly

D. Sustainability and Innovation

1. 1. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and innovative design practices

1. 1. Explore and apply new methodologies and technologies to enhance design efficiency and effectiveness

E. Documentation and Reporting

1. 1. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, progress reports, and meeting notes

1. 1. Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing as planned and in accordance with design specifications

F. Quality Control

1. 1. Conduct thorough reviews of design plans and construction documents to ensure accuracy and completeness

1. 1. Address any design-related issues that arise during construction and provide solutions to resolve them

1. 1. Ensure the quality and integrity of the architectural design throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

1. 1. Degree in Architecture or related field

1. 1. Proven experience as an architect with a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs

1. 1. Proficient in 2D drafting,3D modeling, Revit, rendering software, or similar tools

1. 1. Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.

1. 1. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities

1. 1. Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
